At my private office, our goal is not to meet your needs. Nor is it to exceed your expectations. Our goal is to create a “Raving Fan” out of you. Your office experience isn’t simply answering your questions, making a diagnosis, or explaining and than performing a straightforward or complicated surgical procedure. To us, customer service is making your experience, at a time filled with worry or anxiety one less problem you need to worry about. That you’ll tell others about your experience. That you’re not just a satisfied patient. You’re a Raving Fan! My office staff has been with me for a decade, and some for 25 years. They are friendly, highly trained, motivated, and extremely knowledgeable…but everyone says that, right? Our team is all of those things PLUS empowered. That means the person you get on the phone (there is no answering service in the middle of the day) can do everything in their power and knowledge base to answer your questions, take care of your needs, and provide service that is above and beyond your expectations. And if they can’t, they will contact me and I will do so. Hopefully you will never need my services. But if you do, contact my staff or me…….. and you’ll find out for yourself.

Patients are responsible for any copay and deductible as determined by their individual plans.
